WotLK Weapon for Tank Druid

Hello, I'm a tank druid currently sitting at 5k gs.
I have been collecting points and wanted to know which weapon would be better between Furious Gladiator's Greatstaff and Dark Edge of Depravity.
I would go for the staff simply because of the extra stamina, but I'm not sure.

Staff if you really need hp, polearm if you dont need extra hp or lack hit. Hit is quite hard to get and has huge impact on your threat. (until you have enough to cap yourself)
