WotLK Account and email hacked

Hello, I don't know how else I can find help so I'm writing here, haven't been playing for over a year, and just noticed that my accounts password has been changed and also the email. Also unable to recover my email... I would like to know what information I need to provide to recover my account or at least the coins I purchased that was over 1000 € of value.

I can provide my passport or tell the account number from which the items we're purchased or anything else.

Who do I contact or witch email to write?
