Need your help to farm a recipe in Northrend (Alliance)

Hey there folks.

I want an alchemy recipe in Northrend but I can't get it by myself.
1. I'm level 68 DK (alchemy 450) and don't want to waste gold for flying
2. The recipe is BoP
3. Even when I could Fly this are the strongest non elite mobs in the game.
4. Respawn time is around 3-10 minutes kinda random
5. Btw Alliance player is suggested and 1200-1500 Gold should be enough, if it drops in the first 1-30 minutes.
6. Double Flying mount preferred (low on gold) :D

I'm talking about the op item: "Mighty Shadow Protection Potion" ....(only works in open world / bg)

About point 3. Yes, they are very unique they dot you with 2 shadow dots instantly (each ticks 450 3 or 4 times) . They only have 10k hp, pretty easy to kill in a 1 vs 1 but they always stand together and one area is a non flying zone. and their dot stacks.
