Current Halloween event (vendor)

I've been trying to find these vendors but cannot seem to find them and I was just wondering maybe if they have been moved or no longer in the game.

what kind of companions are you looking for?

There is achievement for two companions, you get them both either by doing your daily Dungeon (The Halloween daily) or by opening trick or treat bags from Inkieepers.

No vendors exist for this event in 3.3.5

There is achievement for two things : companion - Sinister Squashling
helmet - Hallowed Helm
