WotLK Low FPS Problem

Hi guys, i have good pc specs. but i am getting low fps my spec is :

AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
MSI RTX2060 Ventus OC 6gb
2x8gb ram
Msi mpg b550 gaming motherboard

With this specs my fps:

Stormwind: 60-70
Outland, Northernd: 70-100
Any Dg: 165

I tried to play without addons but still i have a problem

Above 30 constant FPS there's no problem at all. This game runs on an engine from 2004. Explain to me the difference from 30 to 50 FPS on a game that uses 512x512 textures for the high res and 256x256 for the low res.
