Hello guys. Maybe someone know warmane plans to set New fresh x1 without shop? Or lordaeron never gonna be ''reset''?

They are not planning to reset Lordaeron and if they do they didnt tell us. The closest you can get is Frostmourne 2nd season in like 6 months.

The "fresh" thing is exactly why Frostmourne exists. Wait for season 2 and go at it. The shop is more or less irrelevant early on because items get added only after a majority of players have already required them in the raidind tier the server is at. It only gives you more loot lol.
Lordaeron and Icecrown will forever be like this since they have their own populations who invest time and energy in their characters, so reseting them would be a huge blow to the community.

For the x1 thing, probably not since numbers do not lie and people prefer higher rates. But Frostmourne is in the middle between Lordaeron and Icecrown when it comes to that, so eh. You take what you can get if you want that progression.

If you want to lvl x1 go Lordaeron from the start, there are a few guils that do proggresive content - on alliance side at least I know 2 who plan on doing vanilla content and then tbc and finally all northerend. So proggresive content exists.
