    Can't hand in "Gathering Materials" alliance quest

    I have the required materials for "Gathering Materials" and the quest log says it is complete, however when I go to Wynne Larson, I can't hand in the quest, it suggests I don't have the required items.

    Edit: ahh once i looted more cloth from a mob it let me do it..

    You can also abandon and retake if it happens with other quests.
