Hello, due to fact, that toothpicks are still unobtainable from candy buckets, (and even after you repair them mostly players have collected all already)
would you give a little help for community and send global mail with one toothpick? Its not big effort, and far better solve than leaving people without achiev which has been caused by bug.

Just like how bugged quests don't get auto completed and items lost due to bugs aren't restored, the achievement won't get completed/assistance due to the bug. If it gets fixed in time you can complete it, otherwise better luck next year.

Trick and treat the inkeeper and you might get a "treat bag" open it, those obtain toothpicks, I got 40+ allready.
