<Introduction>
tranquillity [ træn´kwiliti ] -
n. a peaceful, calm state, without noise, violence, worry, etc.:
- Cambridge Dictionary
Well.... that's <Tranquility> in a nutshell - a group of raid-driven weirdos, who behave politely and at the same time ..uhm.. naturally. In other words, a living, breathing oxymoron. If you are like us and want to be part of our family, then read further!
<Requirements>
In terms of mentality:
- be mature;
- respect others;
- don't cause any drama;
- speak English.
If you have a problem with someone, either try to solve it on your own or contact an officer and explain them your case.
In terms of raiding:
- use Discord;
- know the tactics for the raid you are attending;
- have gems and enchants on your gear;
- 5.3k+ gs;
- attend the raid, until it's cleared or we declare RO.
It's ok, if you don't have enough time and need to leave early. Things in real life are more important than a game. That said, you must inform the officers in advance, if you suspect to leave prematurely, so that they would be ready to replace you asap.

<Loot Distribution>
We use Loot Council in our guild. In order to make it fair and rewarding for all, our Loot Council Members pay attention to certain criteria. Here are the things they consider, when an item drops and many people want to obtain it:
1) Consistency - i.e. how likely a player is to 1) attend raids, 2) be alive to perform his or her role and 3) contribute comparably to others in the same role. We don't expect everyone to be perfect, but if someone misses raids often or dies a lot due to failing mechanics, this should weigh heavily on whether they are given loot (though it shouldn't necessarily disqualify them, see point 3).
2) Gear effectiveness. Does the item have the correct stats for the class and spec in question? Is it BiS for them? Is it a bigger upgrade for them than it is for others? It's important for the overall success of our raid to try to funnel items to those whose class and spec benefit most.
3) Loot equity. Has the raider in question received items recently? If not, they should get slightly higher priority than they otherwise would.
We don't want people going multiple raids without getting loot. If we are bringing them to the raid, they should be able to get some gear. This also avoids problems that can come when a loot stacked core raider can't make a raid and progression suddenly is crippled.
