Decahedral Dwarven Dice issue

Hello good GMs.


I would like to ask a question concerning an item, i can't seem to find the right mob that drops it anywhere . i've looked in northrend, not even through youtube tutorials can i find it nor using google. the item its self is called "Decahedral Dwarven Dice", is this item available on Icecrown realm? If so, could i please have a hint on where to find it on the map and what type of mob i need to kill ? Please i've been looking for this item for an entire week now. By the way i'm trying to steal this item with a rogue....
