Item Managment Make Gear Dissapear

Few days ago, my pvp gear set DISSAPEARED (Legs, Waist, Boots, Chest).
I think it happens because im using Item Managment and i dont have idea why it dissapeared suddenly when i login yesterday im vry frustrated because of this. I all ready made a ticket to GM, and he replay that he cant do anything to return my items. I'm sure its a bug because i would not delete my GEAR for no reason. PLEASE if anybody know how to return my gear TELL me THANK YOU.

that's cringe it happened to me just now and since the bug happens in their server and they aren't making efforts to fix it and says (can't do anything to return items is unfair) either u do a well good job with your server or u dont at all, just lost my blade of the culling heroic version on my warrior and i'm angry as well. hope they do something about this
