For PVE you'd want Oath over Gloren cause you'll get expertise cap elsewhere and Agi is great for high crit.
For PVP difference is minor but I'd still pick Oath over gloren cause that expertise won't matter much so you're better off with higher crit from oathbinder (accounting for agi, not pure crit)

pvp Glorenzelg > Wrathful > Oathbinder
pve Oathbinder > Glorenzelg > Wrathful
If you want a weapon that serves both purposes, Glorenzelg is popular (though Shadowmourne is more popular).
The Wrathful weapon is great for arena when you're not too super concerned about applying pressure, but a 1h/shield combination can serve the defensive purpose better in most situations.
Oathbinder is the best of the mentioned weapons for pve, but it lacks stamina and attack power for pvp purposes.
I personally rate Glorenzelg highest for pvp because it has a better stamina and attack power value than Oathbinder, while not sacrificing too much damage stats (crit, weapon damage, etc) that the Wrathful weapon does. People comment about expertise, but it has its uses, and there are comparably less valuable stats weighted on both of the other weapons.
