WotLK All day heroics...now?

Hi all, ive played heroics all day today and i even have got a new piece of equipement. now i logged in and it says that " i need better gear" . My question is : what happened? the only change i made was from a 180ilvl item to a 235 so...should have been better . I play in icecrown and im a warrior tank

maybe you have done all heroics that requires only 180 avarage ilvl ?
Open "Specific Dungeon" tab and look which Heroic you can still do.

it is not like for normal dungeon, where you can repeat it more times per day.
for Heroic dungeons you need to wait next day to do it again

mouseover on the "lock" button to read the reason why is locked. (it might say you are saved or due to low gear)

You have said "ive played heroics all day today" so maybe you are saved to all heroic dungeon?
As I said before you need to wait 1 day to do those dungeons again.

Btw heirlooms have 1 itemlevl value and I see you have x2 heirlooms (x1 weapon + 1 trinket)
They reduce your avarage ilvl by a lot. So try to replace them

FoS/PoS/ToC require 200 ivl avarage
HoR requires 219 ilvl avarage
