Frost Emblem Purchases

Hi folks,

I'm a fury warrior that doesn't get to raid ICC ever. I have managed to stockpile about 300 frosts. I would like to make some upgrades, but want to make sure I don't mess this up. I would love to hear some suggestions for improving my gear through frost emblem purchases. Thanks for looking and please comment.

Maybe Waist, but I guess you wont have enough EoF for this.

I just can't seem to get a spot in ICC when I have time.I can get into the other raids relatively easy.

So I should get the T-10 helm/pants, the cat burglar gives, and which waist?

I guess depends, if you need Hit then plate one

T10 Helm and pants. They are pricey but you'll get your 4p t10.
Get Vengeful Noose (60 EoF) before you get Cat Burglar's Grips (60 EoF).
You may need few Hit gems, but it's worth it.
