Recover character deleted
GM,
Today 11/04/2020 I have been able to recover my account that I lost a few years ago because I did not have access to the email with which the account was registered, approximately in 2016. However, at the time of logging in I have given note that all my characters were deleted:
In this account I had two characters:
- Achorada / Hunter lvl 80 with 6.2K GS
- Muebleoalgo / Warlock lvl80 with 6.3K GS
According to the warmane portal, there are some purchases made with the account, even the heroic warlock weapon. On the Ragnarok server.
Is there a way to get my characters back?

in 2015, in my accounts movements said that in 2015 I bought some gears for my warlock. The Heroic One hand sword from LK.

is your account premium?
In that case you may contact "support team" by opening a ticket on website to find out if it istill possible to recover your old characters (chance are pretty low)

If your account is not premium you may send and email to [email protected] (in this case your chance is even lower)
