I'm close to go to ICC with my spriest, and with another classes I always have seen that a spriest comes into the hall before professor, and idk what exactly a spriest does here and what the spriests are good here.

Could you explain me please the reason and spells to use?

yes, but mostly they tell sp to go and do that, because raid need healers for clearing adds in front of bpc
