Yes, they are right, Death's Choice/Death's Verdict is best.

Whispering Fanged Skull preforms pretty well too if you need the crit, especially for your heals.

I agree with Mercy, when I tried human I went with WFS HC + DV HC. Else it's Medallion + DC/V for the most part on my paladin.
