Guys can you tell me which is better to get [Mark of Supremacy] or [Shard of the Crystal Heart] as an assassination rogue? Or drop both and go first for tier 9 set pieces?

Well, you need %12 spellhit at least for poisons, mark can be better dependent on your itemization but, I d get banner + one arp proc trinket to reach soft cap at start.

If you have some votepoints, you can get Comet's Trail, and use it together with Banner from ToC. And with the emblems you can get your tier.

Do you lack hit? If not, I wouldn't bother with either of the trinkets.
I'd go for tier, head/shoulder/chest. If you lack hit, then chest 1st. Why not hands and legs? I rather try my luck with VoA while getting other pieces 1st.

Yellow no miss Hit: 99 with Precision // This is minimal amout hit you need, I'd probably go for anything between 237-315.
Poison no miss Hit: 315 with Precision; 237 with a Shadow Priest or Boomkin + Precision. But there won't be always one in party/raid.
White no miss Hit: 722 with Precision // No, don't even bother
