Ive waited almost 2 days for my tickets to be attended to?

Usually its only a couple of hours before staff manage to fix my issue

Don't know what is happening but I cannot play on Warmane until my tickets have been seen by staff

Anything on this/Anyone having the same problem?

Ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take about a week.

Maybe it was their day off or something whoever sorts out the Account side of things

Just overwhelming amount of tickets compared to amount of employees dealing with the tickets.
