Currently, it says emblems aren't included if you hover over a character with equipment only but it doesn't say anything about them when you hover on characters with full inventory.
A welcome change would be to state that emblems will be included on the characters with full inventory, maybe even show the most important ones (EoT, EoF) the same way honor and arena points are shown.

I don't know whether my opinion matters, but I approve Thorbjorn's suggestion. It will be a welcoming change.
