Lordaeron Issues with discussion channels

Hi !

For 3 days now, I can't access the discussion channels /1 General and /3 Local Defense anymore. After I hit the space bar, the discussion bar does not convert into the targeted channel.

I have noticed this issue on 24/11/2020 and have opened a request in game on that very same day. I have received a response from a Game Master who advised me to type /resetchat. Unfortunately, this did not solve my problem.

I then decided to empty the cache, as it is often a simple but effective solution. Once again, my problem seems to be persisting.

Another member of my guild said he was experiencing the same problem, so I'm starting to think this is not related to my account.

Has anyone else also experienced this issue ? Could you please help me fix this problem. It is quite annoying for me since I'm frequently using the /1 channel to find players to help me with group quests.

PS: I tried with another character from the same account and I don't encounter this issue.
