WotLK Downloading Update

Hello!
After a very long time Im comming back to your server and Im having an issue.
When I log in it says Downloading Update and it's at 0% all the time.
After 2 mins it says Patch Required - Press restart button below to exit WoW and download the patch.
So I did.
Then Im back at the main page where I log in and it says - Failer to apply patch.
I have just reinstalled the game and issue is the same.
