nope.

You lose that only with "faction change"

I've got another question about the same topic. Instead of creating a new thread imma goin ask here.

1) I've got a belfmage and a belfpally and would like to "convert" them to human using the coin service. Is it possible, to pick the different race? Or they will be straightfoward converted to draenei?

2) In this case I'd need to buy two services? Faction change and Race change afterwards?

You can just buy faction change, it should allow you to pick what race you want to conert to from in game.
