I was banned I don't know why I need help

Hello I come here I asked someone for an explanation about banned my account I didn't understand anything I didn't do anything wrong Game since 2015 on the server and now I try to enter my account saying that I am banned but on the site is not saying anything and I enter normal whatever happened someone help me please

If u really didnt do anything (ninja, scam, hax, being a dick in general) it might be an IP ban. Do you use vpn? If so you can probably have it overturned but u need proof.
