Freznyheart and Oracle Tribe Rep Bugged?

So i want to go for the green proto drake that Oracles offer. The problem is that im Neautral with Frenzyheart tribe and hostile with Oracles...I can't get any rep for neither of those tribes. What should i do?

You need to do a questchain first with the frenzyheart and at one point in the questchain you get a quest to help a injured oracle, at that point frenzyheart sees it and you get hated by them,Frenzyheart and the oracles are enemies with eachothers, while helping the oracle he takes you to his village and there you start gaining reputation, you start the questchain from a woman npc in a tent near the lake in the middle of sholazar basin. After the first quest you need to go back to the frenzyheart ("wolfmen") npc's where you did the quest and your on your way.
