    Heirloom issue

    Hello.
    In the past few months i lost like 7/8 heirlooms items. Dunno why, but the items seems to dissapear from my bags.
    Ill try to start fresh in the horde for the first time. I send the Heirloom Mace via mail to my lvl 11 rogue "Lyon". Never got it. 2 days past and nothing.
    What can i do to get the mace back ?
