Looking for pve guild

hi everyone, as the title says i'm looking for pve guild to do raids and/or dungeons with who are social and don't laugh at new players to the server or look down on them.

i'm new to the server and i have shadow priest with basic gear, nothing much, i'm at point where i spam the s... out of rdfs but i mostly play clases like druid, warlock, mage and so on eithet healer or dps but i don't think it's good idea to create and farm other clases when i'm below avarage in only 1 char i have.

anyway, looking for pve oriented guild who accepts low geared but friendly people.
