Legend of the Mam'toth Crater Rogue

In the snows of Zul'Drak, where a Wild God destroyed himself you will find a rogue scavenging his remains. No one can say why, but day or night, day after day, this rogue toils.

But in all seriousness, I can't figure this out. I've looked through the loot table of "Blood of Mam'toth" and I didn't notice anything unique or a good item with a higher drop rate. Just a lot of vendor trash and the usual very low chance for some world drops. Anyone have a clue?

most likely just a bot who found an empty patch of mobs to farm... vendor trash has value too...
