I was playing in sholasar basin and suddenly a ton of alliance player coming to me, attacking. i can not even click on single escape ability due to lag. it turn out a single user (suspectedly due to same name). here's the player : bonertrain
is this even legal?

Yes, multiboxing is allowed as long as it's not more than 25 characters. The lag was probably caused by the amount of characters and totems around you.
