WotLK question about gearing up

hello to everyone,

I am an almost recent player and I have capped the 80 lvl some times ago. I have some problem on gearing up. the first problem is that I am in frostmourne and I don't understand how can I access to PoS and FoS dungeon, perhaps they are not available for this realm ?
secondly I cannot access to heroic dungeon, even if I have 187 average level of gear, I don't understand which is the correct gear to access to HC dng. currently I have 9 187, one 173, one 183, one 179 and two 200; there is perhaps a minimum on the gear that you could have ?
I also need some advise to gear up, I don't see how am I supposed to obtain a better gear if I can't access to high dungeon; can you give me some advise ?

RDF hc requires 180 ilvl.
It is easier if you just link your armory. (to understand why you have can not queue yet)

Btw Frostmourne is still on ToC season (3.2.0)
FoS/PoS will be available on 2 january (as of ICC raid)

this is my pg. I only have two items (one trinket and the waist below 180. I don't understand exacly if it is required to have all items above 180 or just the average (if this is the case then there is a bug because currently I am at 187). Can you also give me some advice about how to find high level trinkets ? I am a tailor so I should be able to upgrade my cloths

edit: I have upgrade my items and now I have only one trinket at 174, still cant understand why I cannot join rdf hc. what is the real lvl required ? is it written somewhere ?

it seems you have 187 avarage, it is weird that you are not able to queue for RDF hc yet

I thought that the requirement was 180 for all pieces so I buyed a 200 trinket and now I have all pieces over 187 but still I cant join heroic dungeon .. the information in the image must be wrong or there is some bug because currently my level is 189.2

you mean logout and login ? yes I have tried but doesn't change anything

finally I was able to join heroic dungeon, this is my current armory

my total gear score is 3231 and the average is 190.05. So I think that the correct amount of average gear is 190 and not 180
