cant i get heirlooms with honor points?

i know i used too,but that was before moltdown

there are "pve" heirloms sold for "Emblem of Heroism" or "Champion's Seal"
there are "pvp" herillooms sold for "stone keeper's shard" (you can find this vendoer in Wintergraps when it is controlled by your faction)

So, no honor point (if I remember correctly)
