Realms [Lordaeron] Semiannual Inactivity Cleanup

I added a tag for Lordaeron, but perhaps it could be applied to other realms as well.

People create characters with interesting names and won't even play on them, most likely to 'hold' the name and trade character/name ownership. This can be easily checked using Armory.

Man... honestly... I don't get it. If you don't mind with just a name, why did stand for an empty opinion like that after all? Really. Should I even reply you back?

I'm not suggesting for a character delete, but to free the unused name at least twice a year. The only thing database maintainers have to do is to run the script which already works and is used during maintenances once a year. Whenever there is a scheduled maintenance, they run the script. Simple.

Obviously the most aware of them can get their names back but I believe at some point some names may become available.
