C.O.D. Mail

I've received a C.O.D. mail it seems to have a G1000 attach to it, when open G1000 disappeared and the letter on say Warmane.

I would like to know what is this all about - seems like a hacker

That's what C.O.D. mails are - you pay gold to take the item attached to the mail. When you click on the item, a warning about it appears, which you apparently did not read. It's not a hacker but it's a scam. You can report it by making a support ticket in game but you won't get the gold back.
