Website Char trade option

Hi, I would like to suggest char trade option to be added to market.

So basic idea is this- Player 1 pays 10 coins to put char for offer on trade tab, player 2 pays 10 coins to offer his char for trade on that offer. Player 1 accepts one of offers he has gotten and chars transfer between accounts.

Limitations-
1.chars must be same level
2.summ of ilvl of items equiped on each char must be close to same (+-100-150)
3.no inventory transfer (gold,items,eof,eot,honor...)
4.free name change for both chars with first log-in

I wished to sell my shaman for a while and buy mage with similar gear with coins I get ,but nobody wants to buy full equiped chars so idea of this option came to my mind.I think a lot of people would use this option if it existed. If you have more suggestions to be added to my idea please write it.

This was suggested and denied before as it has too much potenital for abuse, even with limitatations in place. You can alos acomplish a similar thing with the trade system as it is now. ( i.e. sell your char for a lot of coins and use them to buy a char you want)
