Extreme Lag in-game

Hello.

I'm looking for a light on this issue, I really don't know if it's server-side or if it's on my side, but I'm getting at least 500ms everywhere, and on BG's I get 800ms at least.
It's really unplayable right now, and I don't know what to do. I also play on Lordaeron and it's not that bad, but it's also been getting worse these days (I usually get 150-200ms, now it jumps to 300-400ms sometimes).

My friend who lives ''near'' me is getting 200ms even on BG's, but his internet speed is slower than mine.
I'm not having any problems with other sites or games.

A standard ping test to a random server wont work. ookla is for testing your local connection. You'd want to do a tracert to warmane directly to find the issue.
