This problem is keeping me from using my other account: I am a ghost but appear to be dead as a ghost too. Can't move... can't unstuck, it says I'm mounted. Can't use the site because of a bug in the site! It wouldn't take my new email address it just said:" This address is alreadu in use" but all my emails go to my old Address... Now it's locked and i can't use the authenticator... What can I do to get the power over my account back? Thank you.

open a ticket in-game, a GM can ress you

about "email" issue. If you are really the owner of that account you may contact [email protected] (with as much details as you can provide) to remove 2-step or to set a new mail
