Isle of Conquest, [A-bomb-ination] doesn't work as mercenary

Hello my fellow Wotlk fans.

So yesterday i was playing pvp and i decided to check the achivements that i missed.
The mentioned achievement in the title is one of them.

I have mercenary activated to get into a bg quicker.
Now we managed to invade the alliance keep, (My original faction) and we started bombing the gates as usual.

I planted 8 bombs and didn't get the achievement.
2x in a row.
It seems to bugg out for mercenarys since you're basically bombing your own gate.

Did anyone else have this problem?

Yep, I can't get it on my DK either. Every bugtracker report I made was deleted. I wasn't even on the mercenary mode, was on default Horde. Just give up on it.

Maybe turn off Merc Mode to get it, I have it on my Horde Paladin and never turned Merc Mode on /shrug
