1. RDF issue.

On Icecrown a majority of tanks will leave the second the dungeon starts because currently there is no punishment. I can't go more than 2 dungeons in a row without a tank just deciding to leave. Which will then cause the group to fall apart because it's already a 20 minute queue minimum for alliance. Then you're on RDF cool down. Then you have to sit in another queue.
So that tank deciding he doesn't want to be bothered with that specific dungeon now cost that player an hour of their time and the tank doesn't care because he isn't held responsible.

Can we start giving out a 24 hour ban for a dungeon avoider? And a repeat offender can get harsher bans?
I'm not saying just 24 hour ban someone if they literally have to leave but for the ones who just want to dodge a specific dungeon.

  2. They have all the right to leave, just like anyone else. They already take the same debuff as everyone if they leave, and that's all the punishment anyone or any class will receive. If they are avoiding the debuff by demanding to be kicked, something you never mention in your post, you can report them with screenshots and they will get a ban for disrupting gameplay, but that's as far as punishment will go. You aren't entitled to the time of any tank who doesn't like the dungeon or the group, but you're welcome to creating a tank yourself.
