Polar Leggings Transmog (60 Leather)

Hello,
I am wondering how you can obtain these legs: Polar Leggings (60) Its from Naxx quest, but was deleted when wotlk naxx was launched.
I have checked the store but it is not there, however I have seen people use them as transmog.

They added it to Icecrown now I saw, but still not on Blackrock shop
