Healing less in BG?

Hey. Im holy pala and I pvp on level 79.

I noticed some strange thing. When I heal myself in Orgrimmar before BG strarts I heal myself flash of light 3k.

When I enter BG I suddently heal myself flash of light for 2.8k like I lost 200 spellpower on flash of light. Why is that so and what is the problem :S?
