Make sure your addons have been disabled for all your characters at the character selection screen. If that doesn't do it then I'd suggest submitting an in-game ticket with a screenshot of the issue. Worst case scenario is to reinstall the client.

Make sure any addons you try to use is for the appropriate version of the game (5.4.8).

I think it will not help, the same problem was with another client of MoP from tauri wow. I tried a lot of things. Its a MoP curse for me =(
