Hi, I want to do the achievement : [Call to Arms!]

But I can't find any information how to begin call to ams daily fo each type of bg :(

If you check the Bugtracker you will noticed this is reported many times. All you can do to help is go and vote for those issues you want priority to be fixed (if its possible)

In all my years I don't think I've ever seen those quests enabled.

Those quests were available only on previous WotLK patches so you can't do them now on 3.3.5
