what lvl do you have to be for flying in northrend?

what lvl do you have to be for flying in northrend? im 75 now and still no flying,whens cold weather flying available? im a druid do i need a questline?,sry first druid lol

You need lvl 77 to learn it from trainer. But if you have lvl 80 alt you can send Tome and fly at 68 in northrend.
