Messsage in a bottle bug

After turning in the first part of the quest, the npc did not give me second part to kill Mukla. However the npc has a grey exclamation mark over her head. After checking my quest log the quest is not there at all. After killing Mukla still nothing. Please help me :)

That means the next quest of the questline requires you to be of a higher level.

I thought that too for the first time... however it's bull****, since the level required for that 2nd part is 42 and I was level 43 at that time. I checked it at this site ---> https://wotlkdb.com/?quest=630

I checked it too when I replied, and you are right, but I assume the level requirement is wrong. You can report it in the bug tracker (or maybe it's reported already)
