1. Blood DPS absolute bis itemization

So as the title says, what would be the most minmaxed itemization for Glyph of Disease build?
I have seen Gnimo suggest aldrianas, umbrage, signet of twilight and winding sheet and other people sim for toskks, sylana's cunning and might of blight instead. Some people fancy 5p t10 as bis itemization for blood and other's discard not using one offpiece as inferior. What is by raw data the best combination available? My Kahorie's sim isnt too fond of working with me so I can't really check myself.

P.S: Don't come derail the conversation with "huehue unholy/frost better dps blood no bring buffs to raid" idgaf i just need bis list

  2. Im personally rocking the 9,12% haste build but I'm still not convinced it beats the 0 haste one with full crit focus although the caps are on point with this abomination gemming

Another option, he also streams a lot of Blood DK DPS, so yea...
I think he also said this build he uses sims the most DPS.
From my pov 5t10 is not a good option especially considering you have at least 2 other options that have overall better stats.

  4. So blood dk goes 90% armor pen because of the talent that gives 10% armor pen at any time right ?

  5. No, it causes you to *ignore* 10% of the target's armor. It is NOT the same as armor penetration.

It is actually 140 arp in a talent. It does not, nor should it, work like sunder armor as an armor %mod reduction.

  7. Yes, as Arms PvE due to Battle Stance bonus, and as Blood DK PvE DPS due to Blood Gorged bonus, you need 1260 armor penetration from gear and gems.

Depending on your overall gear comp and last couple of item choices you can be on exactly that, but it wont matter if you go couple of points above or under 1260.

  8. I stand corrected then.

  9. Isn't it easy to check? Go 1260 arp on gear, spam same unmodified attack without any dmg mods (keep "cancelaura" macro for DBW/STS constantly pushed) for set amount of time. After do same but with 40 arp food of +40, which pushed to 1300 total. Check values of this special attack in both variants.
Problem is, that to calculate it correctly, we must know real values of bosses armor and which part ARP lets us to ignore, right? Not theorycraft, cuz results may be have difference from 0 to more than 10% of total dmg difference.
We have to test it both with Awarrs and Bdks with lots of tuned gear and time invested. Shall we?)
