I believe, that the service can't be refunded. You have to be more careful in the future. Double check what you wish to buy, before confirming purchase. You can create ticket via MY ACCOUNT -> SUPPORT and select General Enquiry via New Ticket.

I believe you can use the race change feature and change the name in the process, but obviously, you won't be a human anymore.
