Realms 60 & 70 only BG's: reviving twinking

I propose you make battlegrounds for exclusively level 60 and 70. Lvl 19, 39 and 79 are only real active twink brackets for BG's. People make lvl 60 and 70 twinks despite not having much to do other than old raids. Give them something to do, it's simple: instead of 70-79 make it a 70 only bracket, and instead of 60-69 make it a 60 only bracket.
You recently added some twinking features to Blackrock and added arena for lower levels. Most of the brackets are dead because they have nothing to do. Merge the two communities with an easy fix. You will have more active twinking guilds, more active arena at lower levels and a fresh meta for long time players. And it's a simple fix (I'm assuming this is possible). 3.3.5 talents at lvl 60 sounds insanely fun for me, but there's nothing to do. Maybe add lvl 60+70 starter options on Blackrock too, similar to level 19 recently added. Save twinking!
