  2. If you did not enable 2fa yourself, someone hacked you and did, so you have lost the account.

  3. You can contact Support with [email protected]. They will check to confirm the account is yours and can restore access, but anything the thief did to the account won't be restored. Also, we only support Gmail accounts (for a long time now) for a reason. You should change the email linked to your account to one of those.
