WotLK Dynamic IP adress.

Hi, i logged on my account one day and it says my acc is suspended. After that logged in to website and there is a text that i am banned from server for 1 month because ''advertising''. I have Dynamic ip adress and it's not me who did the advertising, can GM unban my acc ?
