Blackrock - Suggestion to [Add} 3 consumables/enchants

To those reading - Hope you're well & happy new year.

I would like to suggest for Blackrock if you can kindly add;

1- "Scroll of Enchant Weapon - Icy Chill" to the "Enchants & Scrolls" vendor on the Blackrock server?
I believe the proc rate has been repaired and is no longer bannable.

The Icy Chill would be nice, indeed.

However, after 5+ years I'm still "waiting" for my suggestion for NPC Auto Enchant:

I don't know if the idea was rejected or simply forgotten, but yeah after 5 years we still have the same -obsolete- enchanting vendor, an upgrade like that suggested in the topic would really make the difference, both in quickness of enchanting new stuff and improving the overall quality of the server.
